| The Citadel towers above the lower end of Le Conte Canyon. This view of the north face of the Citadel has seen from the Dusy Basin trail as it drops into Le Conte Canyon. The west ridge of the Citadel rises immediately from the south end of Ladder Lake. After crossing the middle fork of the Kings, Ladder Lake can be reached by a route which is just north of the Ladder Lake outlet stream. |
