| This picture of Mt. Brewer in the distance was taken from the Gardiner Pass trail. The top of Charlotte Dome is in the foreground. North Guard Peak is at the upper end of the glaciated canyon. The Gardiner Pass trail has long since been abandoned but large parts still are evident and it leads into beautiful Gardiner Basin. |
