Looking north into Miter Basin from ridge north of Soldier Lake

The Miter is on the right and Mt. McAdie in the center. Arc Pass is reached by going to the right of the ridge extending south from Mt. McAdie and Crabtree Pass is reached by going to the left of the ridge. Primrose Lake is in the basin left off cetner. From the point where this picture was taken, one can easily travel to either of the Soldier Lakes. Past a meadow west of the upper Soldier Lake, an old abandoned trail climbs to Sierra crest where it meets the use trail which leads from Army Pass to the summit of Mt. Langely.
